Health is the new wealth and if you resolved to take better care of yourself this year, Plant Something NH is rich with inspiration for wellness! January is the perfect time to find a path to more balance in our busy lives. You might be surprised to learn that plants of all kinds offer terrific benefits.

We know that science has proven that receiving and being around flowers makes us happier and reduces stress. We also know, simply being in nature improves our physical and emotional health. This time of year, when the weather doesn't allow for being outside in the garden, houseplants are not only a wonderful hobby and great for decor, but they also keep us close to nature. In addition to our supporting our physical and mental well-being, plants have also been associated with legends, myths and spells for centuries. We chose these 7 varieties for their overall good vibes:
